If you are age twelve or over and need help with a project ( School or a club such as 4H ) you can come to Shabby Shutters between the hours of 3 pm – 5 pm and receive help. There is no fee for the assistance, just for the products you use. Children under twelve are more than welcome to come in accompanied by a parent.
